Databases owned by CheckDeskPro

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of:

Check information
Business records
Customer records
Vendor records
Uploaded documents
Reports generated from customer data
Customer-created content

Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of customer data to CheckDeskPro.

5. Limited License to Customers

Subject to compliance with applicable agreements, CheckDeskPro grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during an active subscription.

Customers may not:

Resell the software
Reverse engineer the platform
Create derivative software
Copy proprietary functionality
Remove ownership notices
Misrepresent ownership of the Service

CheckDeskPro branding
Associated slogans

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Customers may reference CheckDeskPro only for legitimate descriptive purposes.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content provided by CheckDeskPro is protected by copyright law, including:

Website content
Software code
Documentation
Knowledge base articles
Training materials
Marketing content
User interface designs

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

Customers may voluntarily provide:
