- Probe or test system vulnerabilities without authorization.
Malicious Activity
- Upload malware.

- Launch denial-of-service attacks.
- Interfere with platform operations.
Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringe copyrights.
- Infringe trademarks.
- Misappropriate trade secrets.
- Upload content you do not have rights to use.
4. Account Sharing
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials.
Sharing credentials outside authorized personnel is discouraged and may increase security risks.
Customers remain responsible for actions taken under their accounts.
5. Data Integrity
Users may not intentionally:
- Corrupt records.
- Manipulate reports for unlawful purposes.
- Alter audit records without authorization.
- Interfere with logging or monitoring functions.
6. Excessive Usage
Customers may not use the Service in a manner that:
- Disrupts other users.
- Creates unreasonable system load.
- Interferes with platform stability.
- Circumvents usage limitations.
7. Investigations
CheckDeskPro may investigate suspected violations of this policy.
Investigations may include:
- Log review
- Security analysis
- Account review
- Cooperation with law enforcement when legally required
8. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:

- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Restriction of platform access
